It is great to be back in Seattle. It was a long day but well worth it. Our flight from Amsterdam was at 7am so we had to get up at 3:45am which sucked but we were stoked because we got to sleep in our own beds tonight. We had a layover in Frankfurt for 3 hours which was a nuisance before what was to become an 11 hour flight. The flight was long, cramped and I was only able to sleep for a couple hours on the plane which means that I am very tired and my sleep is going to be all fucked up for the next couple days.

The second night in Amsterdam was nice. The best thing about Amsterdam is that the data center where we were working is only open to 5pm. So regardless of how much work still needs to get done we have to be out of there by 5pm. Which means that we have a finite starting point to start off the evening. Now its hard to top the fun times Paul and I had the last time we were in Amsterdam. But we sure tried.
